Vanguard AI Delete your Vanguard AI account
You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time.
In the phone app
Open the menu, then Settings › Delete account, and confirm.
On the web
Sign in at ai.vanguardinitiative.com, open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Write to info@vanguardinitiative.com from the email address of your account. We delete it and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
Your chats, files and uploads, what the assistant remembered about you, your notifications, your profile and every way you sign in. Organizations that only you belong to are closed and their API keys stop working; you leave the ones you share.
What is kept
Invoices, receipts and payment records, and an organization’s usage records, for as long as the law requires.
If others use your organization
If you are the only owner of an organization other people still use, make one of them an owner first (Settings › Team). The app tells you which organization.
