Common questions
- Which files can I send?
- PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (old and new), OpenDocument, RTF, text and CSV files, and photos. Each file can be up to 20 MB in chat.
- How do I report an answer?
- In the phone app, press and hold the answer (or tap the flag under it) and choose Report. On the web, use Report under the answer. Our team reviews every report.
- I signed in with Apple and hid my email.
- That works. We only see Apple’s private relay address, and your account works as any other.
- How do I delete my account?
- In Settings, on the web or in the phone app. See the account deletion page for what is deleted and what is kept. Delete your account
